Thank you for confirming your participation at the Sustainable Aviation Futures LATAM Congress, taking place at:

The JW Marriott, São Paulo from 31 March - 2 April.

We look forward to providing you with the opportunity to learn from, meet and engage with senior stakeholders from across the aviation and energy value chain including airlines, airports, fuel producers, policymakers, banks, investors and more. Event Schedule & Access

  • 08:00am on the 31st of March for Premium Pass Holders, 07:30am for Basic Passes.

  • You can collect your badge to access the congress from the registration desk at 08:00am on the 31st of March for Premium Pass Holders, 07:30am for Basic Passes.

  • The first session will begin at 09:00am on Monday 31 March. Attendees will be welcomed to join us for some lite bites and coffee before the first sessions start.

  • The exhibition area will be open from 07:30am on Tuesday 1 April until 18:00pm on Wednesday 2 April.

  • Smart Business Attire.

Event Resources

  • In the lead up to the event you can view the latest brochure within the brochure here. During the event, the most up-to-date agenda will be featured within the 1-2-1 Networking App.

    If you are attending Sustainable Aviation Futures LATAM Congress and have not been able to access the networking app please email: elinor.daniell@safcongress.com

    Please note, we do not print the agenda due to timings being subject to change throughout the event.

    • Premium Pass Holders will have the SAF Intelligence and Masterclass Day taking place on 31 March and the two main conference days taking place from 1 – 2 April.

    • Basic Pass Holders will have access to and the two main conference days taking place from 1 – 2 April.

    Breakfast lite bites and lunch are included on each day, along with coffee and other refreshments throughout the course of the event.

    All attendees are welcome to join our networking drinks session taking place on 1 April after the main conference sessions have finished.
