Thank you for confirming your participation at the Sustainable Aviation Futures LATAM Congress, taking place at:

Grand Hyatt Hotel, São Paulo from 2 - 4 March, 2026

We look forward to providing you with the opportunity to learn from, meet and engage with senior stakeholders from across the aviation and energy value chain including airlines, airports, fuel producers, policymakers, banks, investors and more. Please take the time to read through the information below and do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions!

Event Schedule & Access

  • Registration opens at 08:00am each morning.

    • 3-Day Pass Holders: Monday, 2 March

    • 2-Day Pass Holders: Tuesday, 3 March and Wednesday, 4 March

  • You can collect your badge to access the congress from the registration desk at 08:00am on the 2nd of March for 3-Day Pass Holders, 8:00am on the 3rd of March for 2-Day Passes.

  • The first session will begin at 08:45am on the 2nd of March. Attendees will be welcomed to join us for some lite bites and coffee before the first sessions start.

  • The exhibition area will be open from 08:00am on 3rd of March until 18:00pm on 4th of March.

  • Smart Business Attire.

Event Resources

  • In the lead up to the event you can view the latest brochure within the brochure here. During the event, the most up-to-date agenda will be featured within the 1-2-1 Networking App.

    Please note, we do not print the agenda due to timings being subject to change throughout the event.

    • 3-Day Pass Holders will have the SAF Intelligence and Masterclass Day taking place on 2 March and the two main conference days taking place from 3 – 4 March.

    • 2-Day Pass Holders will have access to and the two main conference days taking place from 3 – 4 March.

    Breakfast lite bites and lunch are included on each day, along with coffee and other refreshments throughout the course of the event.

    All attendees are welcome to join our networking drinks session after the main conference sessions have finished.
